I start with some pros and cons of the Vitamix…spoiler alert…there aren’t many cons! And then I take you through how I make a smoothie with my 7500 Legacy series Vitamix.
My smoothies are generally about 75 percent greens and/or vegetables, and about 25 percent fruit. Then I add some extras to pack in the nutrition. Check out the video on YouTube for all the details!
