Smoothies are a great way to get extra veggies into your diet. Check out the video below to see these beautiful smoothies, and click the links to jump to each recipe:
- Green Smoothie

These recipes are only suggestions based on how I make these smoothies. But if you’re not used to adding veggies to your smoothies, feel free to adjust the ratio of vegetables to fruit to suit your tastes. You can start with less vegetables and bump up the amount of fruit. Then as your tastebuds adjust, you can slowly increase the amount of veggies.
Each smoothie is approximately 24 to 32 ounces, which could be one or two servings.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 ounces arugula (or about 2 or 3 packed cups)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup plant milk
- 1½ cups water
- Optional: ⅓ cup cooked SOYBEANS
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 ounces cauliflower (about 1½ cups chopped)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon carob powder (or cocoa or cacao powder)
- ¾ cup plant milk (add more for a thinner smoothie)
- ½ small avocado
- Optional: ⅓ cup cooked SOYBEANS
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Pineapple Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 packed cup power greens
- 4½ ounces steamed beets (about 1 cup chopped)
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- ¾ cup plant milk
- ¾ cup water
- Optional: ⅓ cup cooked soybeans
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Cherry Berry Cabbage Smoothie
Ingredients
- 10 ounces red cabbage (about 4½ cups chopped)
- ¾ cup frozen cherries
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ large frozen banana
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 cup water
- Optional: ⅓ cup cooked soybeans
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
