Mix up this seasoning blend so you don’t have to pull out tons of spice jars every time you want tofu scramble. As written this recipe will make about 4 batches of tofu scramble. Use about 3 tablespoons of the mix per one package of tofu. You could easily double or triple the recipe if you want a bigger supply.
For this amount, you’ll need about an 8 ounce jar. Simply add all the ingredients, secure the lid, and shake to combine the spices. I prefer to store this in the refrigerator to prolong the life of the spices, but you could store it in a cool pantry.

You can also add salt to the blend, but I prefer to salt to taste when I’m cooking. For the scramble, start by sautéing whatever vegetables you have on hand. I like to use onions, garlic, peppers, and greens. But any veggies are great. I’ve done cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, you name it! Then add your spices, and crumble up a block of tofu into the skillet. Mix and heat everything through and you’re all set!
Tofu scramble is great for any meal. Of course it would work for breakfast, but I love it for lunch or dinner too!
