I recently had my annual doctor visit and we decided to get some lab drawn since it had been about a year since I started my vegan diet. I eat a varied, whole food vegan diet, and I’m physically and mentally feeling better than ever. So I didn’t think anything was likely to be off. But it’s nice to check every once in awhile to be sure.
